Over 12 years of experience in the aviation commerce sector, specializing in developing airline distribution channels, particularly Agency and OTA channels, with 2 years at GSA Transviet and over 8 years at Jetstar Pacific.	15-year experience in Ticketing & Helpdesk for Vietnam Airlines. In-depth knowledge of GDS and PSS for LCC (Navitaire, HITIT, Radixx).
